1 Conditions of Participation

1. Magic O Metal is a concept of Your Power Within Foundation, located at Pieter Brueghelstraat 4, 1318 GP in Almere in the Netherlands.
2. Participation is open to everyone. If you are younger than 16 years old, you can only participate with the permission of your parents or guardian.
3. In addition to the usual own costs for material in relation to the execution of the mission, no costs are owed for participation. The participant and / or his / her parents / guardian have no (purchase) obligation, other than sending the participation form including submitting their contact details. 4. A participant may participate with multiple entries.

2 How to participate?

1. To participate, participants receive instructions as part of the various missions found at the Magic O Metal website at http://www.magicometal.com/.

3 Liability and Consent

1. The organizer of this mission is the Your Power Within Foundation operating under the Magic O Metal concept. Your Power Within is located at Pieter Brueghelstraat 4, 1318 GP in Almere in the Netherlands. Questions or requests about the mission can be addressed to Sander Gommans, sander@magicometal.nl.
2. Your Power Within Foundation does not accept any responsibility for any possible problems with the network, computer or software that lead to the non-sending or late sending or receiving of e-mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of an email.
3. In order to participate, participants (or a parent or guardian) are required to provide certain personal information, such as the name, age and an email address of the participant or one of the parents or a guardian. Your Power Within Foundation uses the personal data of the participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act for administrative purposes and to be able to contact participants later. By participating and providing this information, each entrant and his / her parent / guardian consent to the use of personal information and material submitted in this way. The participants (or their guardian / parent) have the right to view the personal data they provide and can contact a contact person as mentioned in point 3.1. They also have the right to change the personal data in case it is incorrect or incomplete.

4 Your personal information and intellectual property rights

1. Your Power Within Foundation wants to be able to publish the name, age and submission of each participant on the website and through other social media channels as well as in printed communications. By entering, participants and their parent / guardian agree that this information may be used without further permission, notice or compensation.
2. Your Power Within Foundation reserves the possibility to use submissions within the concept, story and visual expressions to support these, as well as as a basis for new product designs. By entering, entrants and their parent / guardian agree that the entries may be used without further permission, notice or compensation.
3. Information provided by participants and / or their parent / guardian will not be shared with third parties.
4. For children aged 16 or younger, consent from a parent / guardian is required. By giving your child permission to participate, permission is given to Your Power Within Foundation to use the personal data of the child as described in these conditions.
5. Participation and any conflict or claim arising from or related to it is governed by Dutch law.
6. If a provision from these promotional terms and conditions should be null and void or voidable, this will not affect the other provisions from these promotional terms and conditions. Any void or voidable provision will consequently be replaced by a valid provision.
7. By participating, all participants agree to these conditions.
